BRAIN MAPPING

The good news is the shortest days of the year are behind us and with every day grows the Light. These challenges provide us with a great opportunity to remember the simple yet profound truth of this work; we are not our bodies. What does that mean exactly? In that reaction, and consequently the emotion with which we are met, we find the affirmation of our emotional addiction.

This is living in the past and from the lower states of fight or flight. In the language of addiction, we call this relapsing. The memories in our bodies especially painful ones that become imprinted upon our unconscious mind, which then cause the mind to become the body are so strong and powerful that they can actually mask a set of painful emotions and feelings as positive ones.

When this happens, lower states of being such as depression, resignation, and despair can become our default state. At other times, in moments of epiphany, revelation, openness, or surrender, we can upgrade to an entirely new version of the operating system Being. Are you ready for the final piece of the puzzle? The Internet the Field is the non-local and ubiquitous tapestry that connects you to me, to the world, and to the divine intelligence—the same intelligence that lends gravity to the cause of holding billions of cells together to form you and me.

So what is the mechanism we use to connect the software to the Internet? Wi-Fi meditation. Our work is about pulling the mind out of the body to form new, positive habits and ways of being. Joe Dispenza explains how we become addicted to fear. This site uses Akismet to reduce spam.

Those problems are circuits, memories in the brain. Each one of those memories are connected to people and things at certain times and places. Each one of those memories has an emotion. Emotions are the end product of past experiences.

So the moment they recall those memories of their problems, they all of a sudden feel unhappy, they feel sad, they feel pain. Now, how you think and how you feel creates your state of being.

So what does that mean? The familiar past will sooner or later be predictable future. They do the same things, They see the same people that push the same emotional buttons, and that becomes the routine and it becomes like a program. So when it comes time to change, the redundancy of that cycle becomes a subconscious program.

So then how do you begin to make those changes? Well, you have to get beyond the analytical mind, because what separates the conscious mind from the subconscious mind is the analytical mind. And when they do that properly, they do enter the operating system where they can begin to make some really important changes.

Do that enough times, body has a panic attack without you. So people become addicted to the rush of those emotions and they use the problems and conditions in their life to reaffirm their limitation, so at least they can feel something. Being in the unknown is a scary place for most people because the unknown is uncertain.

Not from the known, but from the unknown. What thoughts do you want to fire and wire in your brain? What behaviors you want to demonstrate in one day? The act of rehearsing, them mentally closing your eyes and rehearsing the action. Yeah, the action of what you want, by closing your eyes and mentally rehearsing some action. So then you begin to install the neurological hardware in your brain to look like the event has already occurred.

And if you keep doing it, priming it that way, the hardware becomes a software program and who knows, you just may start acting like a happy person. Then I think the hardest part is to teach our body emotionally what the future will feel like ahead of the actual experience.

But what that means then is that from the Newtonian world is that most people spend their whole life living in lack, waiting for something to change out there.

Newtonian world is all about the predictable. The moment you start feeling abundant and worthy, you are generating wealth. The moment you start feeling whole, your healing begins. They made me think and feel this way.

And so then the act of becoming conscious of this process, to begin to become more aware of how you think, how you act, and how you feel is called metacognition. The rocks that sift to the top that are like our emotional blocks, they have to be removed. We have to make room to plant the new garden. Now your personal reality is affecting or creating your personality. Your environment is really controlling how you think and feel unconsciously.

Because every person, every thing, every place, every experience has a neurological network in your brain. Every experience that you have with every person produces an emotion. In order for us to create something new in our lives, we have to leave behind a portion of the known and familiar.

This includes familiar thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and sometimes even relationships. For most people, leaving behind the illusory security of the known and stepping into the unknown can be a terrifying place. This is why change is so hard. In teaching this work all over the world, I often times find people forgetting the reason why we put so much effort into our daily practice in the first place.

Just imagine what would be possible if you could put all of your passion, energy, and attention into the thoughts of your future with the same passion, energy, and attention that you put into your self-limiting thoughts.

Just imagine if we could stop surrendering to fear or anxiety and start surrendering more to love or trust.

The Habit of Your New Self

The challenge then is to properly fire and wire new thoughts the thoughts of your future into your brain every day. Next you have to rehearse the behaviors you want to demonstrate in your life every day. Because most people go unconscious during their day, the walking meditation is a great way for us to embody the energy of our future. To walk like a wealthy person, a healthy person, or a person in love—and to move in new ways as a more unlimited human being with certainty, clarity, passion, and awareness—is to be that future self.

Each time you make a new choice that is in alignment with your future, you are priming your brain to install the neurological hardware to actually think, act, and feel like the person you want to be in your future. If you keep firing and wiring those networks in your brain, the hardware eventually becomes the software program and making choices that are in alignment with your future becomes more automatic.

Dr. Joe Dispenza On A Formula For Healing The Body With The Mind

When you do it enough times, as we walk as our future self—as we get our body involved each day in the process—this behavior becomes the habit of the new self. This is how we create new habits of thought and behavior. Then one day you naturally walk from your front door to your car as that future person—not as the unconscious programs that you normally live by. One of the other major hurdles in this process of becoming is to teach your body to emotionally feel your future.

The more you can feel the emotions of your future, the less likely you will be to live in lack and separation, because the longer we condition our body into the emotions of our future, the more we feel like that future has already happened. Instead, you would just know your future is coming towards you, so all you have to do is receive it when it comes knocking on your door.

Staying in that energy the entire day is the work. If you keep doing this, walking as your future self, sitting as your future self, standing as future self, lying down as future self, then in time you will become your future.

So be it. I am really amazed with the approach. Salute to your finding.Modern Neuroscience has made it a fact that in meditation, a huge amount of changes in the brain occur.

If you do a simple search on Pubmed, you get more than results. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Not every considerable research is published there yet. Meditation has shown to help people to have healthier and happier lives. But the brain is not only the organ that allows us to think, remember, learn, and act. In our research, we use cutting edge Neuroscientific technology to explore the boundaries and levels of perception, awareness, and consciousness.

We as humans have to increase the knowledge to help us as species in general. With the groundbreaking work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, we all work together to make the highest goals possible. With the measurements we do in the work with Dr. Joe Dispenza, we can obtain new findings helping us to better understand the rules and patterns of how higher consciousness shows itself in the brain.

Still, we are just in the beginning as this is a huge endeavor. We know that our observations and data put together quantum physics, fractal geometry, and math into something the world has never seen before.

With our measurements, we help clients to see their potential. Our stage explanations during Dr. Joe Dispenza's retreats are designed to be educational, as well as motivational for we show current fantastic results from meditator's measurements.

Our consultations with the clients bring their guessing to knowing about the change in their brain waves developed during meditations. We guide meditators, according to their energy signature, of how to achieve their states of balance and higher levels of energy by using meditations.

It is a high honor of working with Dr. Joe Dispenza and with all the participants from all over the world. It has taken our knowledge of body and mind to a new territory. During Dr. Joe Dispenza's workshops and retreats, we have been able to measure and to see the results we did not think were possible before. The stunning results deserve the term "Supernatural". We are enthusiastic and curious about what we will further explore and discover together on our journey in the quantum field.

In this historical moment, we thank Dr. Joe Dispenza from the bottom of our hearts, for engaging our Brainmapping team, and to discovering and revealing through our work together a great knowledge humanity deserves to use, for the advancement of the human race and humanity. In this mind-blowing episode, we hear from international lecturer, neuroscientist, educator and modern-day mystic, Dr.

There is another reason that I think Dr. You may already have heard the phrase emotional intelligence. What does that mean?

As we will learn, how and where we place our attention, what we place our attention on, and for how long we place it ultimately defines us on a neurological level. What we repeatedly think about and where we focus our attention is what we neurologically become. Keep in mind that whatever you spend your time mentally attending to, that is what you are and what you will become. Living under stress is living in a primitive state of survival common to most species. When we live in survival, we limit our evolution, because the chemicals of stress will always drive our big-thinking brain to act equal to its chemical substrates.

In effect, we become more animal-like and less divine.

Pulling the Mind Out of December’s Body

The chemicals of stress are the culprits that begin to alter our internal state and pull the trigger of cellular breakdown. In this book, we examine those effects on the body. It is the redundancy not of acute stress but of chronic long-term stress that weakens our bodies. We choose to remain in the same circumstances because we have become addicted to the emotional state they produce and the chemicals that arouse that state of being. We also have the capacity to rewire our brain, because we are capable of making a thought more real to us than anything else in the universe.

Ramtha: The White Book was the perfect catalyst, crystallizing much of what I had been thinking about and experiencing for most of my adult life.

It answered many questions I had about human potential, life and death, and the divinity of human beings, just to name a few.

We must deliver ourselves with the help of our minds. Whether they called it their divine, spiritual, or subconscious mind, they accepted that an inner power was giving them life every moment and that it knew more than they, as humans, could ever know.

Furthermore, if they could just tap into this intelligence, they could direct it to start working for them. When the body responds to a thought by having a feeling, this initiates a response in the brain. The brain, which constantly monitors and evaluates the status of the body, notices that the body is feeling a certain way.

This Will Help Heal Your MIND And Your BODY - Joe Dispenza

In response to that bodily feeling, the brain generates thoughts that produce corresponding chemical messengers; you begin to think the way you are feeling. Thinking creates a feeling and then feeling creates thinking, in a continuous cycle. This loop eventually creates a particular state in the body that determines the general nature of how we feel and behave. We will call this a state of being.
